This is the St. Croix River, in Taylors Falls, Minnesota. Interstate State Park, to be precise. The geology of the area is fascinating, including one of the world’s largest collection of glacial potholes, as well as this canyon, called the Dalles. It was overcast most of the morning, leading to this very moody view.
