Picture of the Day: Minnesota Capitol building and grounds
Today’s picture for you is of the Minnesota State Capitol and Grounds. I did a little touchup of the original photo, experimenting with Adobe Lightroom 2 to improve the picture a little.
Picture of the Day: High Falls Closeup
Today’s picture for you is a closeup of the High Falls of the Baptism River, Tettegouche State Park, Minnesota
Picture of the Day: St Paul Panorama from the Wabasha St. Bridge
Today’s picture for you is a panorama of St. Paul from the middle of the Wabasha Street Bridge at Raspberry Island.
Picture of the Day: Valley of the Gooseberry
Today’s picture for you is of the Valley of the Gooseberry River, with the lower and middle falls in the distance. You can really see in this picture that we have had a dry and warm spring. The falls and river, in most years, has a *lot* more water than this.
Picture of the Day: Pine Siskin
Today’s picture is for the birds…a Pine siskin, actually, photographed at a bird feeder/birdhouse in Gooseberry Falls State Park
